Updated: November 2, 2026.
This policy describes data processing by Oriental Case Analytics, an application used by Oriental Case to analyse enquiries sent to @oriental.case on Instagram, advertising results and related orders.
Who manages your data
Oriental Case operates the application. For privacy, data access or deletion enquiries, contact orientalcase2026@gmail.com. Telephone: +380 63 188-28-46. Store address: 77 Saksahanskoho Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.
Data processed
- Professional Instagram account information, including its name, username and technical identifier.
- Conversations available through Meta’s official API: user identifiers and names, message text, message and reply times, and other information needed to analyse an enquiry.
- Advertising information, including campaign and ad identifiers and names, spend, impressions, clicks, results and enquiry source where Meta provides it.
- Oriental Case order information needed to match an enquiry to an order: order number, products, amount, order and payment status, and a customer contact identifier.
The account owner connects the application using Meta’s official authorisation process. Technical access may cover conversations across the account; relevant enquiries are selected for advertising reports. Available data depends on Meta’s permissions and restrictions.
How data is used
Data is used to count enquiries, evaluate response times, identify enquiries awaiting attention, analyse conversation stages and measure advertising results. Matching enquiries to orders helps measure purchase conversion, revenue and advertising cost per order. A person reviews conclusions about why a conversation stopped.
Who may receive data
The Oriental Case owner and authorised staff access data for their assigned work. Necessary extracts may be processed using OpenAI services used by the owner to prepare analytics. Unnecessary contact and other personal information should be removed from those extracts.
Reports for the advertising specialist contain aggregate advertising metrics and findings. If operational work requires a list of enquiries awaiting attention, it includes only the necessary identifiers and information. The Oriental Case owner determines report sharing. Meta and other services involved also process data under their respective terms and policies.
Storage and protection
The access token is held in protected local storage. Access to local analytics working files is restricted. Identifiable extracts are retained while the corresponding report is prepared and checked, and are then deleted or de-identified. De-identified aggregate metrics may be retained to compare advertising performance.
Order records separately held in the store’s CRM and accounting systems are processed according to their purposes and applicable requirements.
Requesting data access, correction or deletion
- Email orientalcase2026@gmail.com with the subject “Oriental Case Analytics — data request”.
- Provide your Instagram username and explain whether you wish to learn about processing, correct information or delete copies created for analytics.
- We may request information needed to confirm that the request concerns your data and will notify you of the outcome.
A deletion request covers identifiable copies and working materials created by Oriental Case Analytics. Original conversations are also stored by Meta, and their deletion is governed by Instagram’s features and rules. If your request also concerns an order or CRM information, please specify this.
The Instagram account owner can revoke application access in Meta’s integration settings. To delete copies already created, use the request procedure above.
