If the defect is confirmed, after we receive the product, we will issue you a refund or exchange for a similar product.

 

Exchange and return of goods of proper quality (at the request of the buyer)

Only new goods that have not been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions are subject to exchange or return. Also, its commercial appearance must be preserved.The buyer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the moment of purchase. To process a product return, you need to contact us using the contacts indicated on the "Contacts" page and request a return. The manager will tell you how to send the goods to us, and will ask you for a bank card number for a refund.

The exchange or return process can take up to 7 business days for us to receive the product, send another one for exchange, or refund you to the card specified in the request. In this case, the delivery is paid by the buyer.
